the other gm will be given the option to [accept] the trade and you will always have the option to [remove] it.

click on a player in your team (they will be highlighted in red), select a player from the list and push the [waiver acquisition] button.
the waiver trade will appear in the 'current propositions' section for all to see.
anyone above you in the draft order will have the option to [pickup] that player.

you can pickup a player by clicking on a replacement from your team (they will be highlighted in red), and pushing the [pickup] button next to the player on waivers you want to pickup in the 'current propositions' section.
the listing in 'current propositions' will be replaced with yours and now only gms above YOU in the draft order will have the option to [pickup] that player.
when the time runs out (2 days?) the last gm to claim the player on waivers will receive the option to [accept] the player.  this he should do otherwise it will be done for him by another gm.
the waiver order should change on a daily basis based on the current standings.
you will always have the option to [remove] the player.
